Installation
The $1999 package includes the installation and integration fee while the $599 doesn't, other than the detailed tutorial document we'll offer, if you still need further help as to write some application to integrate your existing user database, extra integration fee will be charged, intial from $200, and if your system is extremely complicated, the rate may need negotiation.
Support
The $1999 package buyer of 123 Web Messenger get 3 months free upgrade and technical support. After that period, if you still need the upgrade service, you will be charged 20% of the original license fee to cover the upgrade and support service per year, that's $399.8/year.
For $599 package, the upgrade subscription costs $119.8 per year and if installation is needed, then another $200 for each installation.
